There are many different ways to celebrate New Year's Eve, i had great parties with friends back then, this year i chose to spend it with my family and Nanda altogether. It was fabulous! We had a road trip and celebrated NYE in Bandung.
Mom went to Bandung by travel agent in the morning. She went straight to Lembang, there's a church there. She planned on having a whole day praying there. Me, Dad, and monyet went to car service station first, checked some stuff. Then we picked Nanda in his office, Wisma BCA. Nanda had his half day off. Yeay! Lumayan lumayan lumayan :D Then we headed to Bandung. We stayed over night in bude's house. By the time we got there, Mom, mbak Louis, mas Indra, and baby Aya have already there. Happiness! We leha-leha sebentar then got ready to Sierra, a resto located in Dago Atas.
Gilaaaak! Sierra penuh banget, tons of people gathered around there. Mom put her name on the list and we got 27th on the waiting list! Fortunatelly, it wasn't like what we've been afraid of.. years of waiting in hunger. :D We soon got our table and ordered. We had a great time there: delicious food and great ambience. Enakenakenak! Puas di sana we got back to bude's house. Me and Nanda went to Dago street, then i may say that this street is the most famous yet busiest in Bandung: People hang out, music, café, mobile radio station, and flower seller spill all over the sidewalk and made traffic jam during the night. Me and Nanda took a walk along the street, looking around the festive celebration of welcoming the new year. We had a great time!

1st day of 2011
I had a sleeping beauty kinda sleep, endless.. kecapean main! Till the alarm rang "AYA BANGUN PAGI! AYA BANGUN PAGI!" (means: baby Aya finally wake up, she yelled all around the house cheerfully, uber cute!) Yess, it woke me up, instantly! I thankfull i've been surrounded with all the love of my life. Yess, i'm the lucky girl! We got ready for "today's plan". We headed to Lembang. Oh macetnya bikin frustasi. We dropped by in a Sundanesse reastaurant. The food taste like hell, bikin trauma. I will never ever go there again, ga enak! Sesampainya di Lembang church, we prayed: thanked for all the bless in 2010 and prayed for the blessfull health, wealth and joy in 2011. Then we headed back to Bandung city, went to Ciwalk, ngadem walked around the mall, had dinner in Gokana Teppan, and back to Jakarta.

Holy Father,
God of our yesterdays, our today, and our tomorrows.
We praise You for Your unequaled greatness.
Thank You for the year behind us and for the year ahead.
Help us in Your new year, Father, to fret less and laugh more.
To teach our children to laugh by laughing with them.
To teach others to love by loving them.
So that Love could be with us, and we could know You.
That we could share Love with others.
Help us, Father, to hear Your love song in every sunrise,
in the chriping of sparrows in our backyards,
in the stories of our old folks, and the fantasies of our children.
Help us to stop and listen to Your love songs,
so that we may know You better and better.
We rejoice in the world You loved into being.
Thank You for another new year and for new chances every day.
We pray for peace, for light, and for hope, that we might spread them to others.
Forgive us for falling short this past year.
We leave the irreparable past in your hands, and step out into the unknown new year knowing You will go with us.
We accept Your gift of a new year and we rejoice in what's ahead, depending on You to help us do exactly what You want..
